Shipment
All of our products are shipped to you from the Netherlands via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over €35,-. No code necessary; free shipping will be applied at checkout and does include duties.

We work together with DHL. Together we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

For orders from the the Netherlands we offer next-day-deliver. So if you order before 23:59 your order will often be delivered the next day! If you have not received your order after 4 days, please contact our customer service.

Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.

In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email info@dripcare.nl within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.

Returns
Returns are accepted up to 14 calendar days after receipt of your order. The item must be in its original condition.

Need help with a return? Send us an e-mail at info@dripcare.nl with your order number and the reason for return. The costs of a return label are for the customer's own account.

Products for which hygiene is important, such as tablets, capsules, powders, drinks, creams, oils and other sealed products, can only be returned unopened and undamaged (possibly with intact seal). If you have damaged products during use, we can charge this.

The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after cancellation.

Items whose safety packaging has been broken can therefore not be returned without explicit contact with customer service.
